Along with my partner Jo, we're here to support you in your fitness journey. We're not your usual 20 something personal trainers - we both moved into the fitness profession after long corporate careers. We know where you're at and can relate to your life experiences and the changing demands of mid-years. 

 

In the ‘busyness’ of life, we know that finding the right fitness path and having the energy, motivation and courage can be challenging, that’s why we focus on personalised training, with the flexibility to fit around you and your life

HOW TO WORK WITH US

We're based in Hampton, South-West London and can provide personal training in our outdoor studio, online or at your home. We can help you gain confidence through 1-2-1 sessions and provide structure through a personalised plan, whatever your fitness goal.  

1-2-1 TRAINING

1-2-1 training sessions provide an energising and motivational approach to help you reach your goals. Whether you prefer training online or locally in South-West London/Surrey, we'll provide the support you need to achieve the results you want.

 

You'll soon be on your way to feeling fitter and healthier.

Sport has been a huge part of my life, and I’m passionate about fitness. My training spans Cardio fitness, Strength and Conditioning, Functional training, Circuits, HiiT & Les Mills GRIT as well as Indoor Cycling. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I train 1-2-1 and in groups, with a wide variety of client needs and their goals - whether you are starting out, have specific wellbeing targets or looking to increase strength or fitness performance - I will provide the focus, enthusiasm, motivation, and energy you need to reach your targets - challenging and supporting you to reach your full potential. I’m with you every step of the way of your physical and mental journey.

Fitness didn't become important to me until my mid 30's - I moved to a new area and wanted to lose weight, so I joined some local classes and got a personal trainer (I know firsthand how motivating the right PT can be). This was the start of my fitness journey which, so far, includes triathlons and a 900 mile bike ride from London to Milan!

I'm a Level 3 personal trainer, working with all types of clients and particularly passionate about supporting women to get stronger. I teach Fitness classes such as Strength & Tone, Circuits, and Legs, Bums and Tums. I'm here to help build your confidence, support you to achieve your goals, and empower you to succeed.
